August is here!

Now it feels like I'm back on track again. There has been some ups and downs, if I should be totally anest I've wanted to go back home to Sweden for a couple of weeks now. The work is the same, the guests are the dubble amount and the weather is getting hotter and hotter for each day which is passing.

Highseason is here, wich means dubble work for everybody. More transfers, more hotelvisits and much more to do. Beacuse the guests are so many more during this period. So there's no longer any relaxing parts to enyoj. Only work, work and some more work.

Now August is here and soon september is coming, wich means that I soon can go back home again to my familjy and friends. I don't know whats has been bothering me down here. I think I'm just tired of the guide life. I mean I've been out three seasons in row, without any actually break. Then I guess it's not more than normal to be a little bit bitter of all of it.

In the end of this week we are getting some visitors from home, Emilys parents are coming. And later on we will have a couple of more visitors from Sweden.

Still I have an important choice to take this week. Will it be one more season in Egypt or will a stop and stay in Sweden. That is the question.

Today I'll have an infomeeting, lucky me who's having a terrible cough at the moment. Feels like I will spit out my loungs soon... anyway I better stop here and hit the shower...

Transfer weekend and clothes problem!

Today I’ve been at the airport again, it’s where a normaly belong during the weekends. But this weekend compared to many others I’ve had a quite easy rota. In the morning I had a departure with guests, who was going to Oslo, and after arriving the airport and waved the leaving guests goodbye it was time for a new arrival.

Emma and Pia came to my bus to join me back to Alanya, together with all the new guests from Oslo. The transfer went quite good, got to sell a couple of Hamam and also some hotelchange. Arrived to Alanya after just 2,5 hours in the bus. And around 20.30 I was home, finaly. Tired and swetty I decieded to have my dinner at Burger King. But in the end I found it easier to bring the food home, and I did. But when I sat there at the balcony, suddenly the burger didn’t taste that good. So I took a banana instead and some ice tea.

Now I’m just relaxing in front of my baby-computer. Trying to figure out what I will wear tomorrow, when my finnish collegue will get married. I can’t wear anything to short cuz I don’t like to have angry eyes on my from the turkish ladies. And all I have is not long enough. Ohhh I tried to not go shopping, but I guess I need to try find something tomorrow between my hotelvisits. Anyway I think I’ll find a soulution in the end.

departure time

Nathalie is going for departure! But first i will hit the shower then head down to office to prepare my lists before I pick up the guests.

The big question tonight is; will it be any "mustafa-goodbyes" ? heheh I will explain that later, maybe tomorrow....

No, now i don't have a lot of time, first pick up is after just one hour!

Living the dream....

Life goes on and the work is more busy then ever! Highseason is here, which also comes with a lot of work and less free time. Anyhow, the days are passing by as usual with or withour work. But most of the time there's a LOT to do.

Last week I got a very nice visit, my habibi from Egypt finaly came to see me. The days has been counting since the day the tickets were booked. We spend a great week together here in Alanya. Went to Sapadera Canyon, the pool, harbour and of course just enyojed the time together as much as possible. Evrything is not always ending like you want it to or what you planning it to be. Same was it with this holiday, but I think anyway there will come to good thing out of it. So I took one week off, and I got a good weeks rest and of course a really nice time to work on my suntan! Which was quite okey in the end of the week and the beginning of the new week of work.

Except that A came, we also got a very nice suprise. My lovely friend Julia also came and visit us at the same time. Couldn't be more perfect than that. To spend your holiday together with people you love is great! But now just a couple of days later both of them left back to their countries, and my life continues as before. BAck to hotelvisits and transfers =)

Today I spend a really nice day off with Emily and Sara at our lovely Alanya Boat trip. Quite cloudy weather but still so so hot, and even the clouds were high I got some color from the sun. ARrived back to my apartment around 16.00 and at 17.00 me and Emily were at Adnan, Ahmed & Yilmaz, our hairdresser here in alanya. Time for some upfreshing of the color on the hair. 3,5 hour later we left, both VERY good looking but also with a few lira less in the wallet.

We decided to head down to the harbour to get something to eat. Crazy Horse was the place. We eat a delicious mexican burrito and a big glass of sangria. Couldn't be more right and a great way to end a good day off.

On our way back home we met Jennifer and Tess who keept us company the rest of the way. Stoped by office to take some papers for tomorrows work, and now I'm back home in my soft big bed.

When you're having a day off the day is passing so got damn fast! So time for work tomorrow! Hotelvisists is the shit!! =) and in the evening at 23.30 I will go to AYT with our deparutre... Love the airport in the night when it's not that wet and hot...
