Now it feels like I'm back on track again. There has been some ups and downs, if I should be totally anest I've wanted to go back home to Sweden for a couple of weeks now. The work is the same, the guests are the dubble amount and the weather is getting hotter and hotter for each day which is passing.
Highseason is here, wich means dubble work for everybody. More transfers, more hotelvisits and much more to do. Beacuse the guests are so many more during this period. So there's no longer any relaxing parts to enyoj. Only work, work and some more work.
Now August is here and soon september is coming, wich means that I soon can go back home again to my familjy and friends. I don't know whats has been bothering me down here. I think I'm just tired of the guide life. I mean I've been out three seasons in row, without any actually break. Then I guess it's not more than normal to be a little bit bitter of all of it.
In the end of this week we are getting some visitors from home, Emilys parents are coming. And later on we will have a couple of more visitors from Sweden.
Still I have an important choice to take this week. Will it be one more season in Egypt or will a stop and stay in Sweden. That is the question.
Today I'll have an infomeeting, lucky me who's having a terrible cough at the moment. Feels like I will spit out my loungs soon... anyway I better stop here and hit the shower...

Transfer weekend and clothes problem!
Today I’ve been at the airport again, it’s where a normaly belong during the weekends. But this weekend compared to many others I’ve had a quite easy rota. In the morning I had a departure with guests, who was going to Oslo, and after arriving the airport and waved the leaving guests goodbye it was time for a new arrival.
Emma and Pia came to my bus to join me back to Alanya, together with all the new guests from Oslo. The transfer went quite good, got to sell a couple of Hamam and also some hotelchange. Arrived to Alanya after just 2,5 hours in the bus. And around 20.30 I was home, finaly. Tired and swetty I decieded to have my dinner at Burger King. But in the end I found it easier to bring the food home, and I did. But when I sat there at the balcony, suddenly the burger didn’t taste that good. So I took a banana instead and some ice tea.
Now I’m just relaxing in front of my baby-computer. Trying to figure out what I will wear tomorrow, when my finnish collegue will get married. I can’t wear anything to short cuz I don’t like to have angry eyes on my from the turkish ladies. And all I have is not long enough. Ohhh I tried to not go shopping, but I guess I need to try find something tomorrow between my hotelvisits. Anyway I think I’ll find a soulution in the end.

Nathalie is going for departure! But first i will hit the shower then head down to office to prepare my lists before I pick up the guests.

Living the dream....
Life goes on and the work is more busy then ever! Highseason is here, which also comes with a lot of work and less free time. Anyhow, the days are passing by as usual with or withour work. But most of the time there's a LOT to do.
Last week I got a very nice visit, my habibi from Egypt finaly came to see me. The days has been counting since the day the tickets were booked. We spend a great week together here in Alanya. Went to Sapadera Canyon, the pool, harbour and of course just enyojed the time together as much as possible. Evrything is not always ending like you want it to or what you planning it to be. Same was it with this holiday, but I think anyway there will come to good thing out of it. So I took one week off, and I got a good weeks rest and of course a really nice time to work on my suntan! Which was quite okey in the end of the week and the beginning of the new week of work.
Except that A came, we also got a very nice suprise. My lovely friend Julia also came and visit us at the same time. Couldn't be more perfect than that. To spend your holiday together with people you love is great! But now just a couple of days later both of them left back to their countries, and my life continues as before. BAck to hotelvisits and transfers =)
Today I spend a really nice day off with Emily and Sara at our lovely Alanya Boat trip. Quite cloudy weather but still so so hot, and even the clouds were high I got some color from the sun. ARrived back to my apartment around 16.00 and at 17.00 me and Emily were at Adnan, Ahmed & Yilmaz, our hairdresser here in alanya. Time for some upfreshing of the color on the hair. 3,5 hour later we left, both VERY good looking but also with a few lira less in the wallet.
We decided to head down to the harbour to get something to eat. Crazy Horse was the place. We eat a delicious mexican burrito and a big glass of sangria. Couldn't be more right and a great way to end a good day off.
On our way back home we met Jennifer and Tess who keept us company the rest of the way. Stoped by office to take some papers for tomorrows work, and now I'm back home in my soft big bed.
When you're having a day off the day is passing so got damn fast! So time for work tomorrow! Hotelvisists is the shit!! =) and in the evening at 23.30 I will go to AYT with our deparutre... Love the airport in the night when it's not that wet and hot...

Hey hey Alanya
A lot has been going on since last time I wrote her, thats why my updates has been really terrible! We had a couple of flight delayes which ended up in chaninging the flight company. So there has been a lot of things to do. Calling the guests, go with the guests to airport and back. Sitting in the hotel and informing all of the guests. So there hasn't been any place for even I small update in here.
Today I'm having my lovely DAY OFF which means that I've sleep until I woke up this morning, which was unexpecting early. Then I head down to the beach with my girls. Later even Johan and Niklas joined us, and around 17.00 we left Kleopatra Beach and passed by office to get the salery.
Now I'm home trying to figured out where in my apartment I will sit to get to best internet conection so I can make a call without any distrubation from skype. Yesterday was a great evening, Tess and Erja came to my place to preparty a little on wine, olives and so on. Then a few hours later my apartment was full of people. Really nice=) Sara, Linette, EMily and me ordered food from our restaurant down stairs and then all of us went down the harbour.
We ende up at Crazy horse, enyojed a really nice strawberry caprina=) and of course I was thinking a little about my lovely friend Amelie who had her birthday yesterday. And it was excatly one year ago since we celebrated her 20s bithday there at C.horse. Miss her so much! But I know shes fine back there in Sweden with Marucs=)
Anyway now I'm in my home, have been cleaning up the mess since yesterday, been taking a shower and now I'm just waiting the clock to be 20.15 so I can go for dinner with E and Linette. Then my new favourite movie is waiting, "Dear John" for you who hasn't seen it. SEE IT!
I might write something more tonight,otherwise I try to update soon again!

An ordinary day!
I saw that it was a few days ago since I left any marks here. But my weekend has been full of transfers, boths arrivals and departures. Which means that you have to go by buss 2,5 hour each way to Antalya. So when you're finaly home you totaly dead, and the blogg is not the first thing in your mind. But here I go!
Today it's Tuesday, and for me it means hotelvisits in the morning and in the afternoon I will have a welcomemeeting together with my little Sara at EV.
The last passed days I've been feeling that I'm loosing the motivation for my work. Yes, I know that I always say that its the best job ever. And really it is! But this as many other jobs ther's ups and downs. I don't know why It feels likte this, but I guess thats just he way it is. I feel like I want to puke everytime I hear anything about transfer or hotelvisits. I just want to go back home and hide my face under my pillow.
Hopefully this feeling will dissapear soon, and I'm almost sure about it will!
Yesterday we went to keep Jennifer company at Damlatas Beachparty, a lot of people, both sober and not so sober. Crazy party with nice music and food. Ended our night in the harbour, me I took it easy, so just a few moshitos then Naround 1 I went home.
Today its only 3,5 day until our lovely crazy friend Jenny is going back to Sweden. Going to miss her so so much! I really do hope that she will come back soon again! Cuz she know as everybody else, that Alanya is not Alanya without her. OS I guess this last days will be full of party and vodka bull! =)

Now I will enjoy my pasta with cheessaus and probobly take a nap before going to sara to prepare the meeting..

Back on track!
After a week holiday in cold and rainy Sweden I'm back again in my paradise, my lovely Alanya. The week at home was well needed and it was nice to spend some tiime with the family and celebrate my brothers graduation and Evelina's. Which was the reason that I went home for holiday. But as I wrote now i'm back again, and everything is exactly like before, but MUCH hotter. The weather has been changing so quickly, during the days it over 40 degrees and in the night it's still so hot. Yesterday at 23 we still had around 30 degrees, IT's CRAZY!
The woork is going on as usual, but now this week and next week we have our lovely friend Jenny here on visit.. So today it was or it is our day off! We've spend at the Damlatas Beach, and now I'm going to Migros, to buy some thing for the taco we're making tonight..

SWEDEN
Hi everybody out there!
The update lately has been bad, and this cuz of my bad internet conection. But now I'm back in my lovely Sweden. This time for only a week. The reson or the resons why I decided to go back home for a mini vacation is because; my mother turned 50 a couple of days ago and my brothers is taking his graduation tomorrow. So tomorrow it will be a BIG party with a lot of people, music and of course good food. As I'm home I decided to not write in swedish, cuz you who are reading this now, for sure understand english. I'm home which means that my mum and grandma si not readin my blog, which also results in that I don't NEED to write everything twice, in both swedish and english =)
So I skip all the pased days in Turkey and focus on what I've been up to since I came home.
This Monday 7th of June I took the buss from Alanya to Antalya. Spend 7 hours in the grass at the airport with my lovely colleagues, waiting for my flight.
21.10 I arrived to Copenhagen, and a couple of minutes later I was on the train and on my way to Malmö to meet Mum and Dad. Drove home, chatting a little and then I went to bed, and fell asleep directly...
Yesterday I was just home, helped mum with some thing which had to be prepared for tomorrow, and had a nice meal together the whole family. Today has been a busy day, woke up early and eat my breakfast. Helped mum in the kitchen and then me, my brother went to a shoppingmall to get some nice shopping before the big day. I foung a nice pair of light blue jeans, a peachcoloured top from H&M, A nice dress and a well needed black jacket=)
Still I don't know what to wear tomorrow, but I think I let the weather decied! After shopping I went to Sara to get my nails done. After the work that the taiman has been doing my nails didn't felt or looked that good. Thank God for you help Sara! Now my nails are short, but they look great and natural. I took my bike and went back home, took something quick to eat then me and my broher drove to pick up his friend and girlfriend. Time for cinema, S.A.T.C - the movie 2 here we come! I must say it was the greatest movie I've seen in a very very long time! So for you who haven't seen it, you HAVE to see it! There's just one word for it - FABULOUS!
Now I'm back home in my very own bed! I was suppose to sleep but I had to update, and before I hit the sack, I'll try to upload some iof my pictures. As the internet connection is so so much better here!

Tuesday Night Out!
So as I wrote before Emre Aydin was supposed to play at the harbour, but the concert was cancalled. But this didn't stop us, we all were ready for our night out. So our planes were changed, we went to karaokebar instead. Me, Tess, Tereisa, Emily and there we met Matti and two of his friends and later Annika and Calle also joined us.
We didn't sing that much but a few songs and drinks later Calle drove us close to the harbour. Went by Queens to met the other guides then later we continued to Lationo club.
Met a lot of old alanyapeople and had a really great night! Didn't drink that much but I arrived home at 03.30 and in the morning when I woke up to start work at 08.30 I wasn't the most happy person. I was almosted glued to the bed, I didn't want to go up. But you have to work and at 08.30 I was at Azak Beach as I should (good girl). The day have passed quite okey, and at my lunch I picked up Tess from somewhere =) and we went to Burger King, then to office. Emily the lucky one had a day off so she looked fresh. After the lunch I was dying of tiredness, I went home sleep two hours then dressed again and at 15.30 I was back on my hotels.
Today has been a very strange and busy day, which it is never on my hotels. Normaly all the guests are happy and just asking things about the area. But today so much has happened.
First in the morning I had to write a report for insurance company with some guests. Cuz their glasses had broked during their move from one room to another. And people were asking the most funny and strange questions ever. Everytime someone is asking me something funny or stupied I write it down, and in the end of my season I will publish everything here so you all can have a good laugh. Sometimes I just shake my head and smile, I just don't understand what's happening to people when they're going for holiday.
When I came to Savk Hotel there's a whole class there, whiched joined us on a Kale tour. They all were VERY happy, so I guess Dogan did a great job, being their guide today. But one of the girls had pain in her ear, and couldn't hear. So I had to call our doctor so he could come and check it. Left from there when I saw that the doctor arrived, time to go to the next hotel, Kleopatra Beach.
Here it was a lot of things to do, millions of guests came and asked everything and I handed out I don't know how many maps today. Then I met one lady who came and told me all about her holidays she's been doing before. And she also told me how many times she had been having stomach problems and how many times per day she's going to toilett and bla bla... I mean thank you for that information... she was also explaining what she did in toilett and how it looked! So thank you my lady, there you distroyed my appetite!
Except this, there was one girl who had burned her feet that bad in the sun that she hardly coudln't walk. Her feets were like footballs... I felt so so sorry for her!
We also having a strange man who's following his ex wife.... whole way from sweden to here, and now in the hotel and everywhere... and i run up the stairs to catch him but when he saw me he started to ran. I was calling for him that i just wanted to talk to him and then he said; "not a chance that I will speak to you" ehehe then I couldn't catch up with him, he was running like a leopard from me.. heheh strange man! I will see if I can take a talk to him next time I visit the hotel again.
This is just a small part of everything that happend today, and normaly when its high season its likte this or even more crazy.. this is just the "for play"!
I can't wait until the middle of the summer!
I always laugh when I think about all my situations with my guests, after almost three seasons there's a LOT of funny moments to remember. And then I think, the guests really leave themselves to us tourleaders when they're going for charter. They sometimes even think that we know from where all their differnt bites comes from. What kind of mosquito is it that gives you the biggest bites. Then they're asking, "do I have to see a doctor" I mean I'm not the right person to ask. If I wanted to be a doctor I went to the totally wrong school.... I mean I don't care if or what they are asking me about, but the thing is that its so funny to face this situations. Cuz they really do think that you know EVERYTHING! But anyway I still LOVE my work more than so much more!
Now I've been talking to my A over two hours, and I hate when the internet conection is that bad that the skype is disconecting all the time. It's so annonying that you have to say same thing like five times and still you don't even get half of the conversation. But inshallah it will be better!
Before I hit the sack to get some sleep, so I'm ready for the beach tomorrow, I just want to congratulate my parents on their 10th wedding annyversary day!

The day have passed quite okey, and at my lunch I picked up Tess from somewhere =) and we went to Burger King, then to office. Emily the lucky one had a day off so she looked fresh. After the lunch I was dying of tiredness, I went home sleep two hours then dressed again and at 15.30 I was back on my hotels.
Today has been a very strange and busy day, which it is never on my hotels. Normaly all the guests are happy and just asking things about the area. But today so much has happened.
First in the morning I had to write a report for insurance company with some guests. Cuz their glasses had broked during their move from one room to another. And people were asking the most funny and strange questions ever. Everytime someone is asking me something funny or stupied I write it down, and in the end of my season I will publish everything here so you all can have a good laugh. Sometimes I just shake my head and smile, I just don't understand what's happening to people when they're going for holiday.
When I came to Savk Hotel there's a whole class there, whiched joined us on a Kale tour. They all were VERY happy, so I guess Dogan did a great job, being their guide today. But one of the girls had pain in her ear, and couldn't hear. So I had to call our doctor so he could come and check it. Left from there when I saw that the doctor arrived, time to go to the next hotel, Kleopatra Beach.
Here it was a lot of things to do, millions of guests came and asked everything and I handed out I don't know how many maps today. Then I met one lady who came and told me all about her holidays she's been doing before. And she also told me how many times she had been having stomach problems and how many times per day she's going to toilett and bla bla... I mean thank you for that information... she was also explaining what she did in toilett and how it looked! So thank you my lady, there you distroyed my appetite!
Except this, there was one girl who had burned her feet that bad in the sun that she hardly coudln't walk. Her feets were like footballs... I felt so so sorry for her!
We also having a strange man who's following his ex wife.... whole way from sweden to here, and now in the hotel and everywhere... and i run up the stairs to catch him but when he saw me he started to ran. I was calling for him that i just wanted to talk to him and then he said; "not a chance that I will speak to you" ehehe then I couldn't catch up with him, he was running like a leopard from me.. heheh strange man! I will see if I can take a talk to him next time I visit the hotel again.
This is just a small part of everything that happend today, and normaly when its high season its likte this or even more crazy.. this is just the "for play"!
I can't wait until the middle of the summer!
I always laugh when I think about all my situations with my guests, after almost three seasons there's a LOT of funny moments to remember. And then I think, the guests really leave themselves to us tourleaders when they're going for charter. They sometimes even think that we know from where all their differnt bites comes from. What kind of mosquito is it that gives you the biggest bites. Then they're asking, "do I have to see a doctor" I mean I'm not the right person to ask. If I wanted to be a doctor I went to the totally wrong school.... I mean I don't care if or what they are asking me about, but the thing is that its so funny to face this situations. Cuz they really do think that you know EVERYTHING! But anyway I still LOVE my work more than so much more!
Now I've been talking to my A over two hours, and I hate when the internet conection is that bad that the skype is disconecting all the time. It's so annonying that you have to say same thing like five times and still you don't even get half of the conversation. But inshallah it will be better!
Before I hit the sack to get some sleep, so I'm ready for the beach tomorrow, I just want to congratulate my parents on their 10th wedding annyversary day!

Ny uppdatering!
Som jag lovade min kära mamma sklle jag översätta mitt förra inlägg. Å visst håller jag vad jag lovar min mor. Så här kommer översättningen och snart ytterligare ett annat inlägg om mina senaste dagar!
Jag såg att det varit dålig uppdatering här på sidan på senaste tiden. Tror jag slutade uppdatera där någonstans runt fredag. Sedan dess är det en del saker som skett, både inom jobb men självklart fritidsaktiviteter också.
I lördags hade jag sleep på morgonen på mitt schema, vilket innebär att jag kan få sova några timmar extra då jag jobbar (haft transfer) på natten. Så jag och Emily som även hon hade sleep på schmat tog på oss biknin och kilade bort till Azalea för att jobba på brännan lite. Runt klockan 15.00 mötte vi upp på kontoret innan det begav av för välkomstmöte på EV-restaurang. Efter mötet gick Emily direkt till kontoret, hon han inte hem om den stackaren. Hon hade en natt transfer som väntade. Jag traskade vidare hemmåt till mitt kära hem, hoppade in i duschen för att göra mig redo för kvällen.
Mötte upp Jennifer och gick bort mot Facebook restaurang för att kolla på Eurovision fast Sverige inte var med i finalen. Hoppades innerligt att Turkiet skulle vinna, då deras låt var otroligt bra. Men Tyskland blev vinnare detta året, minns dock inte ens hur deras låt gick=)
Vår kväll avslutades nere i hamnen på Queens Garden, där jag, Jennifer, Johan och Calle tog oss varsen drink. Var uppe med tuppen morgonen därpå, dags för transfer igen. Kom fram till Antalya flygplats där jag vinkade av gästerna i departurehallen, och tog sen bilen tilsammans med Dogan och Pia till Oscar Hotel. Där skulle vi också stanna fram tills det att vårt flyg landar på natten. Vår pickup från hotellet var klockan 01.30, men innan det hann Pia och jag med lite shopping och även att sova ett par timmar.
Ett par timmar senare ankom vi åter till mitt kära Alanya, och min otroligt efterlängtade säng. Sov ut på morgonen men ändå inte lika länge som vanligt, mötte upp Emily för lunch på Oasis. Återigen var det dags för välkomstmöte, men det slutade med att jag stannade kvar på kontoret istället.
Våra vänner och fd arbetskamrater Susanna och Öner kom igår för att stanna på en veckas semester. Igår gick vi alla , inklusive Dogan till EV för att äta middag tillammans och ta igen förlorad tid och snacka minnen. Efter vår middag sa vi hejdå till dem andra och jag å E fortsatte ner en sväng till hamnen, där vi mötte Timmy och Johan. Vi slog oss ner, och bara ett par minuter senare joinade resten av teamet, Alanya.
Dans, musik och drinkar på Queens Garden blev slutskedet på vår kväll, och runt klockan 02.00 kom vi hem igen. En relativt lugn men otroligt härlig kväll. Jag somnade som en stock, så fort jag la huvudet på kudden.
Vaknade av klockan på morgonen, dags att stiga upp för att jobba. Gissa om jag var trött då!? Men vad finns det att göra, återigen promenerade jag till mina hotellbesök. Så på morgonkvisten började jag på Azak Beach. Å jag kan verkligen inte påstå att jag har haft mycket att göra. Inte många gäster har man träffat på heller, men förhoppningsvis dyker dem upp lite senare idag.
På lunchrasten tog jag pch EMily fart i det klibbigt varma vädret och promenerade upp till Can Hospital, för att besöka Erja. DEn stackaren som ligger inlagd med lugninflamation. Hörde att hon inte uppskattade maten, så påvägen svängde vi inom bageriet och köpte bullar med ostfyllning å någon annan söt historia och även hennes favorit juice - Cappy Apple!
När vi en timme senare var påväg hemmåt igen, passerade vi Tisdagsbazaren, blev en snabbis inomdär och kom ut med 1kg körsbär och 10meter tyg som vi ska klä in våra otroligt fula soffor med. Så inshallah ska vi försöka få rätt på det senare idag.
Nu är det åter tid för jobb, får se om jag hinner uppdatera senare, Ikväll är det nämligen utgång som gäller. Emre Aydin har konsert nere i hamnen, och vår älskade Teresia är ju här på besök. Då är utgång ett måste och börjar bli en tradition när hon kommer till ALY =)

Friday in Alanya!
The days are passing fast when you're having fun! I guess I have the world's best job ever! Actually the work is very hard, with for example long transfers, angry people, night jobs.But even thogh I really do love my job! I don't regret a second that I went back here to work. Every day since I left Alanya first time I have been wanting to go back again. What makes this job so wonderful is that you get so much back, in a positive way of what you're doing. And for me that makes the work so great! So for those of you who are sitting out there and are eager to try life as tourleader, what are you waiting for?! I just say it; "Get to know the world"!
After this morning's hotel visit with my trainee, we had our lunch in town with som collegues and we was running around, a quick turn into office. After that I got back to work, hotells are calling. A few hours later I was back home in my lovely apartment. Threw off my clothes and jumped into the shower.
Shortly after Emily came to visit and Tove with some food, it became useful Burger King. Heheh =) or not! Then we sit on the balcony so I can see a sight I wish I haven't seen. A man across the street at a nearby hotel, is posing in tanga underwear while another man sits on a chair in front and snaps on the camera. After a few pictures the naked man disappears into the room and few minutes later he comes out again, but then in another coutume, which consists of a new color or a new pattern of his underwear! He was posing, bending here and there, and me Emily and Tove was laughing like crazy on the balcony. Then the man noticed that we've seen him and waving at us, and then continue as if nothing happened. A normal person would maybe taking off or remain indoors. But no, he was still there. He stood there for a while in millions of underwear models. We thought that this course must be documented, so Emily runs up to her room, and get hold of her camera. Oh well then, she snaps a few pictures of him. I promise that if I get hold of the pictures and I'll post them here for you, so you can watch his nice butt.
Enough of this, I lay in bed to recharge for the night shuttle, and at 22:15 I sat Dogan and Emily in a time of our service buses on the road to the airport of Antalya to meet up nyankommande guests. Tonight was the OER and OSD who came to visit. Nice for me to beat a trip like that on the Side tomorrow. Leave the guests of three hotels there, then it was time to head to Alanya hotels and the others there.
Now a couple of hours later, I am finally back in my long awaited bed. Just thought I would curl up under the covers just soon. Just wrote a post here, but unfortunately I lost, so I got together and wrote a new bit shorter. Tomorrow awaits briefing on EV and restaurant late at night I'll sit well and ashamed at a restaurant that Sweden is not included in the Eurovision. But however maybe enjoy a good dinner and a glass of wine. Mumma!
Before my wedges, I just want to wish my dear Habibi Ahmed HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Wish I could have been with him now and celebrated. But everything is not always as we want here in life. Should have talked to him during the night on skype but I think the poor guy has time fallen into sleep of waiting that I should come home. But I fully understand! so we have to congratulate him a bit later today instead.

New update;)
I haven't been so great about updating here latly. I think i stoped somewhere around friday. Since then a lot of things has been going on. Both work and funny things during our freetime. This Saturday I had sleep in the morning, which means that you can rest a few hours extra as you've been working during the night. So me and emily, who also had sleep went to Azalea to get some sun and rest close to the pool. At 15.00 we went to Office, ready for our welcomemeeting at EV-restaurant.
Emily went ditectly to Office again after we finished our meeting and dinner. She was going for one more transfer, but me i went home to hit the shower. Meet Jennifer and walked to Facebook to watch the Eurovision song contest, even if Sweden wasn't in the final. Was hoping that Turkey should be the winner this year, bit unfortunely Germany was better. i don't even remember their song.
Our night endes at Queens Garden, where Jennifer, Johan, Calle and me took à drink. Woke up early Next morning, time for departure. Arrived to the AirPort left the guests, then we went to Oscar hotel in Antalya. Where we're going to stay until our arrival flight is landing. Our pick up from the hotel was 1.30 so before that me and Pia had some time for shopping, and then we all slept à few hours.
A few hours later i arrived back to Alanya, and My lovely bed. Sleep in the morning, lunch with emily at oasis. Then again I was going to have infomeeting but I ended up in Office instead. Our old guide and friend Susanna and öner came to visit us, they're here on holiday for one week. Yesterday evening we all, incl Dogan meet at EV to have some dinner and catch up some missing time. AFter the meal we said goodbye and then me and Emily continues to the harbour where we first met Johan and Timmy. AFter just a couple of minutes the rest of the Alanya team joined us.
Dancing, music and drinks at Queens Garden ended up that I was home around 2 o'clock. And fell asleep directly when I put my head on the pillow. And woke up in the morning, time to work! Guess if I was tired! =) But then again, hotelvisits on the rota! So I went in the morning to my lovely Azak Beach hotel.I can't say that I've done so much.Haven't meet that much guests eaither. Hopefully they will come later this afternoon!
On my lunch break I meet Emily and we went to visit Erja at the hospital. Poor girl she has to stay there at least 3 days! So we braught some bread and som juice for her, cuz the food wasn't that good =) On the way home we passed the Tuesday market, bought som cherries and some fabric to cover our ugly couches with. So inshallah we will make it later today!
No now its time to work! I will update later i think if I have time. Cuz tonight we're going out! Emre Aydin are playing in the harbour and our beloved Teresia is here on visit!

Fredag i Alanya
Dagarna går fort när man har roligt! Jag måste nog ha världens bästa jobb! Fast jobbet innebär mycket slit, långa transfers, arga gäster, nattliga arbeten så älskar jag verkligen mitt jobb! Ångrar inte en sekund att jag åkte tillbaka hit för att ´jobba, då jag varje dag sedan jag lämnade Alanya första gången har längtat hit som en tok. Det som gör jobbet så härligt är att man får så otroligt mycket postivt tillbaka i det man gör, å det är kanonhärligt! Så för er som sitter där ute och är sugna på att prova livet som resledare, vad väntar ni på?! Säger bara en sak, "Get to know the world"!
Efter morgonens hotellbesök tillsammans med min trainee blev det lunch på stan med Johanna, Johan och Linette, sen en sväng inom office sen bar det av mot eftermiddagens hotellbesök. Några timmar senare var jag åter hemma i min kära lägenhet. Slängde av mig kläderna och hoppade in i duschen. Strax därpå kom Emily och Tove på besök med lite mat, nyttigt blev det Burger King. Heheh=) eller inte! Då vi sitter ute på balkongen så får jag se en syn jag önskar att jag sluppit se. En man på andra sidan gatan på ett närliggande hotell, står och posar i stingkalsonger medans en annan man sitter på en stol framför och knäpper på kameraknappen. EFter några bilder försvinner nakenmannen in i rummet och några minuter senare kommer han ut igen, fast då i en annan utstyrlse, vilken består utav en ny färg eller ett nytt mönster på kalsipperna! Han posar, böjer sig hit och dit, och jag Emily och Tove lägger oss dubbla ute på balkongen. Då märker mannen att vi sett honom och vinkar åt oss, och sen fortsätter som om inget hänt. En normal person skulle kankske tagit på sig något eller gått in inomhus och fortsatt. Men ikke, där stod han ett bra tag till i sina miljontals olika kalsongmodeller. Vi tänkte att detta måste ju dokumenteras, så EMily springer upp till sitt rum, och får tag i sin kamera. Å ja då, hon knäpper ett par bilder på honom. Jag lovar att om jag får tag på bilderna så ska jag lägga upp dem här åt er, så ni kan få beskåda hans snygga rumpa.
Nog av detta, la jag mig i sängen för att ladda inför nattens transfer, och klockan 22.15 satt jag Dogan och Emily i en utav våra timeservicesbussar på väg på flygplatsen i Antalya för att möta upp nyankommande gäster. I natt var det OER och OSD som kom på besök. Trevlig för mig som fick en tur inom Side sådär på morogn kvisten. Släppte av gäster på tre hotell där, sen var det dags att styra kosan mot Alanya och dem andra hotellen där.
Nu ett par timmar senare är jag äntligen hemma i min efterlängtade säng. Tänkte att jag skulle krypa ner under täcket alldeles snart. Skrev nyss ett inlägg här men som tyvärr försvann, så jag tog mig i kragen och skrev ett nytt lite kortare. I morgon väntar informationmöte på restaurang EV och sen på kvällen ska jag väl sitta och skämmas på en restaurang över att Sverige inte är med i Eurovision. Men dock kankse avnjuta en god middag och ett glas vin. Mumma!!
Ínnan jag kilar vill jag bara önska min kära habibi, Ahmed GRATTIS på födelsedagen. Önskar jag kunde varit hos honom nu och firat. Men allt blir inte alltid som man villhär i livet. Skulle ha pratat med honom nu i natt på skype men jag tror den stackare har hunnit somna iväntan på att jag skulle komma hem. Men det har jag full förståelse för! så det blir till att gratta honom lite senare idag istället.
Nej gott folk, nu måste jag verkligen sussa! sov gott!

Några timmar senare var jag åter hemma i min kära lägenhet. Slängde av mig kläderna och hoppade in i duschen. Strax därpå kom Emily och Tove på besök med lite mat, nyttigt blev det Burger King. Heheh=) eller inte! Då vi sitter ute på balkongen så får jag se en syn jag önskar att jag sluppit se. En man på andra sidan gatan på ett närliggande hotell, står och posar i stingkalsonger medans en annan man sitter på en stol framför och knäpper på kameraknappen. EFter några bilder försvinner nakenmannen in i rummet och några minuter senare kommer han ut igen, fast då i en annan utstyrlse, vilken består utav en ny färg eller ett nytt mönster på kalsipperna! Han posar, böjer sig hit och dit, och jag Emily och Tove lägger oss dubbla ute på balkongen. Då märker mannen att vi sett honom och vinkar åt oss, och sen fortsätter som om inget hänt. En normal person skulle kankske tagit på sig något eller gått in inomhus och fortsatt. Men ikke, där stod han ett bra tag till i sina miljontals olika kalsongmodeller. Vi tänkte att detta måste ju dokumenteras, så EMily springer upp till sitt rum, och får tag i sin kamera. Å ja då, hon knäpper ett par bilder på honom. Jag lovar att om jag får tag på bilderna så ska jag lägga upp dem här åt er, så ni kan få beskåda hans snygga rumpa.
Nog av detta, la jag mig i sängen för att ladda inför nattens transfer, och klockan 22.15 satt jag Dogan och Emily i en utav våra timeservicesbussar på väg på flygplatsen i Antalya för att möta upp nyankommande gäster. I natt var det OER och OSD som kom på besök. Trevlig för mig som fick en tur inom Side sådär på morogn kvisten. Släppte av gäster på tre hotell där, sen var det dags att styra kosan mot Alanya och dem andra hotellen där.
Nu ett par timmar senare är jag äntligen hemma i min efterlängtade säng. Tänkte att jag skulle krypa ner under täcket alldeles snart. Skrev nyss ett inlägg här men som tyvärr försvann, så jag tog mig i kragen och skrev ett nytt lite kortare. I morgon väntar informationmöte på restaurang EV och sen på kvällen ska jag väl sitta och skämmas på en restaurang över att Sverige inte är med i Eurovision. Men dock kankse avnjuta en god middag och ett glas vin. Mumma!!
Ínnan jag kilar vill jag bara önska min kära habibi, Ahmed GRATTIS på födelsedagen. Önskar jag kunde varit hos honom nu och firat. Men allt blir inte alltid som man villhär i livet. Skulle ha pratat med honom nu i natt på skype men jag tror den stackare har hunnit somna iväntan på att jag skulle komma hem. Men det har jag full förståelse för! så det blir till att gratta honom lite senare idag istället.
Nej gott folk, nu måste jag verkligen sussa! sov gott!

Day Off!
Again, the time is running away and it is time to put the head on the pillow to sleep again. The idea tonight was that I would sleep early. But it was more a thaught then it became action. Yesterday we all guides went to night safari jeep as I mentioned in previous posts, besides, very enjoyable evening. When I was supposed to shut down the computer, I saw that my dear boyfriend was still online and that I had surprisingly good conection on my internet. Thought a couple of minutes on skype wouldn't hurt, and now when the odds of a call without interference and echo was small. Became little more than few minutes, at 4:15, we said goodnight.
Five hours later, my alarm on my phone is making noise, then my dear friend Emily, who's up early today and ready for the beach. It was just like what's up, get up throw on something put the laundry in the machine and then go to the Damlatas beach. So no longer sleep today then other days in the week.
Well down on the beach we sat down next to our dear colleague, Annika, and eventually even Cissi and Emma showed up. Did a couple of hours in the sun, after that we took our senses, and puted the clothes on again and went back home. Redskinned, sandy and tired, we steped by Migros to buy some goodies for our lunch cooking. Did some kind of schnitzel with meat and cheese, with this we added pasta, mushroom sauce and a little greenstuff also =). Enjoyed a very nice home-cooked lunch on the balcony with my lovely friend Emily.
Full and satisfied we went on different directions, soon it was time for our football league to begin, which we do once at week, the whole team alanya. None sneakers for me and still a bit sore in my feets, I sat on the bench and cheered on the other guys who were playing. Did not went that good for Galatasaray (which is my team), but next week we will beat them for sure!
Went back home really quickly and switch on other clothes, ready for the Eurovision song contest and a dinner in restaurant Facebook. Embarrassing Sweden!! first time we didn't made it to the finals, it is really bad! But then I don't have to be sad on Saturday if I would have to work when they show the big final. FINE!
Oh now when i came back in my lovely home again, can you guess who I see,yes that damn cat! This time it was not indoors, but out on my balcony at my newly washed clothes. WHEW! this cat will not have it easy next time he comes to visit! Now it's war!
Now the bed is callinged in the morning there's new exciting hotelvisit waiting. Tomorrow I get some company when I will bring our trainee with me small. A trainee from my old high school, wonderful! Does that make old Uncle Nicklas proud now! Heheh, time for dating the pillow! Good night folks!

Day Off!
Åter igen springer klockan iväg och det är dags att lägga huvudet på kudden för att sova igen. Tanken var den att idag skulle jag sova ut samt lägga mig i tid. Men inte var det mycket av detta som blev som jag hade tänkt. Nejdå, Igår var vi på nattjeep safari som jag i tidigare inlägg nämnde, mycket rolig kväll förövrigt. När jag skulle stänga ner datorn såg jag att min kära pojkvän var inloggad samt att jag hade förvånandsvärt bra mottagning på mitt internet. Tänkte att ett par minuter på skype kan ju inte skada nu när oddsen för ett samtal utan störningar och eko var liten. Blev lite mer än ett par minuter, klockan 04.15 sa vi godnatt och hejdå.
Fem timmar senare ringer det på min telefon, då är min kära vän Emily uppe med tuppen och redo för beachen. Det var bara att gilla läget, stiga upp slänga på sig något lägga i tvätten i maskinen och sen bege sig mot Damlatas stranden. Så någon sovalänge dag blev det då inte, på min lediga dag å allt.
Väl nere på stranden slog vi oss ner brevid vår kära kollega Annika, och så småningom kom även Cissi och Emma. Blev ett par timmars stekande innan vi tog vårt förnuft tillfånga och klädde på oss och kilade hemmåt igen. Rödbrända, sandiga och fina tog vi en sväng inom Migros för att inhandla lite smått och gott till lunch tillagningen. Blev någon form av schnitzel med kött och ost,till detta blev det pasta, svampsås och lite grönt. Avnjöt en mycket trevlig hemmalagad lunch på balkongen tillsammans med min radarpartner,
Emily.
Mätta och belåtna gick vi på varsett håll, snart dags för vår fotbollsturnering som vi gör en gång varje vecka, hela team alanya. Inga gymnadojjor för min del och fortfarande lite skav i fötterna satte jag mig på avbytarbänken och hejade på dem andra. Gick inte så bra för Galatasaray, men nästa vecka då tar vi dem bannemej!
Hem en snabbis och byta om, redo för melodifestivalen och restaurang Facebook. Pinsamt Sverige!!!! första gången vi inte gick vidare till finalen, å det är verkligen illa! Men då behöver jag inte hänga läpp om jag skulle behöva jobba på lördag då dem visar den stora och slutgilitliga finalen. SKÖNT!
Å nu är jag hemmma i mitt kära hem igen, å vad möts jag av, jo den där förbaskade katten! Denna gång var den dock inte innomhus men ute på min balkong på mina nytvättade kläder. USCH!! den här katten kommer inte att få det lätt nästa gång han kommer på besök! Då är det krig!
Nu kallar sängen för i morgon väntar nya spännande hotellbesök i den svettiga alanya atmosfären! Fast i morgon får jag lite sällskap då jag ska ta med mig en liten praktikant runt på en hotellrunda. En praktikant från min gamla gymnasieskola, härligt! Gäller att göra gamle farbror Nicklas stolt nu!heheh skämt åt sido, dags att dejta kudden! hinner inte översätta detta just nu så det blir att göra det i morgon istället. Godnatt gott folk!

Slutet på min onsdag
Efter att jag avslutat min första del av mina hotelbesök idag kl 11,30 ringde jag Emily och hon mötte mig utanför ett av mina hotell. Då vi bestämde oss för att gå ner till stranden, även om vi fortfarande var klädd i våra otroligt vackra uniformer. Satte oss ner en stund, avnjöt en mycket god Cornetto jordgubbsglass och naturligtvis en Cola Light.
12,30 var det dags för oss att ta bussen, dags att åka ner till hamnen, till en av våra rekommenderade restauranger, Josephs Platz. Där vårt veckomöte ägde rum, där vi även fick fick en smakrik lunch och tid att lära känna våra samarbetspartners från Panda Läder. Mötet varade mycket längre än jag hade förväntat mig så ingen tid att vila under min lunchbreak blev det inte.
Tess, Emily och jag gick tillbaka till kontoret från hamnen (som är en del av min och Emily's inte tar taxi programm, WALK AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!) Gick in en snabbis på kontoret, sen var det var dags att promenera tillbaka till Azak Beach. Sagt och gjort, några minuter senare var jag ´återigen på hotellet.
18,30 Jag slutade mitt arbete för dagen, jag gick hem och började så smått förbereda middagen, medans jag väntade på att E skulle komma hem med lite varor. Pastasallad med oliver, pasta naturligtvis, tomater, fetaost, gurka och bröd blev det.MUMMA!
20,30 möttes alla guider upp utanför vår byggnad, Glaros där vi har våra lägenheter. Tillsammans gick vi till kontoret där vi hoppade in i våra kära minijeepar. Dags för nightjeep safari!! Det betyder galen offroadkörning upp i gigantiska Taurus bergen med mörker och hög musik ... GREAT!
Så nu nästan 5 timmar senare är jag tillbaka i mitt hem, efter en resa jag aldrig glömmer. Det känns som mitt huvud fortfarande snurrar runt! Så jag måste lugna ner mig innan jag hoppar ner under täcker och somnar! I morgon kallar stranden, man har ju en ledig dag! och jag behöver verkligen arbeta på min solbränna lite! Så stranden kommer det att bli!
haha jag måste bara berätta något roligt! Eftersom jag vet att det finns en massa katter som springer runt här i Alanya som inte har något hem, lämnar jag aldrig mina balkongdörrar öppna. Men på något underligt sätt var det en katt (tjock, ful en) som låg på min soffa när jag kom in. Jag fick panik livrädd för katter som jag är, började jag att skrika.. Jenni öppnade hennes dörr och frågade vad som hände. Men hon stängde den snabbt igen när hon hörde att jag hade en besökare. Han hade varit på hennes bikini innan så hon gillade det inte alls. Sedan var jag tvungen att hämta Johan så han fick komma hit och ta ut den, vilket han gjorde med min handduk som jag har till disken.. GRRAAAAHH! Så den går direkt till tvätten i morgon! hehe

The end of my Wednesday
After I finished my first part of my hotelvisits today at 11.30 I called Emily and she meet me on outside one of my hotels. Then we decieded to go down to the beach, even if we still was wearing out lovely uniforms. Sat down for a while, enjoyed a nice cornetto strawberry ice cream and of course a cola light.
12.30 it was time for us to take the bus, we were going to the harbour to one of our recomended restaurants, Josephs Platz. There we had our weekly meeting, were we also got a delcious lunch and time to get to know our partners from Panda Lether. The meeting were lasting much longer than I had excpected, so no time to rest during my lunchbreak.
Tess, Emily and I walked back to the office from the harbour (which is a part of mine and Emily's don't take taxi programm; walk and save money! Went inside just fast then it was time to walk back to my hotels. Said and done, a few minutes later I was on Azak Beach again.
18.30 I finished my work for today, and I went home started to prepare the dinner. Pastasallad with olives, pasta of course, tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumber and bread. Me and E were eating together on my balcony.
20.30 all guides meet outside our apart building, Glaros. Together we all walked to office were we jumped into the minijeeps. Time for nightjeep safari!!!! It means crazy offroad driving up in the gigant Taurus mountaing with the darkness and loud music... GREAT!
So now almost 5 hours later I'm back in my home, after a trip I never forget. It feels like my head is still spinning around! So I have to chill down before I go to sleep! Tomorrow the beach is calling, cuz I'm having a DAY OFF!!! and I really do need to work on my tan a little bit! So the beach it will be!
haha I just have to tell something funny! As I know there's a lot of cats running around here in Alanya who doesn't have any home, I never leave my balconydoors open. But in some strange way there was a cat (fat, ugly one) laying on my couch. I got panik cuz I'm afraid of cats, so I start to screem.. Jenni opening her door and asking whats going on. But she closed it fast again when she heard that I had a visitor. He had been at her bikini before so she didn't like it at all. Then I had to bring Johan to come here and take it out, which he did with my towel I have for my dishes.. GRRAAAAHH!!! but It will go to the laundry tomorrow. hehe

Hotellbesök
Idag är det onsdag och jag har hotellbesök på mitt schema. Jag vaknade tidigt i morse, klädde på mig, min snygga turkosa tröja och åt min frukost. 30 minuter senare är jag här på jobbet igen. Jag börjar min säsong med transfers och att arbeta på olika hotell runt om i Alanya. Mina hotell den här gången är, azak Beach, azak otel, savk och Kleopatra beach hotel. Alla är ganska trevliga och mysiga hotell, med trevlig personal, så jag tror att jag kommer ha en bra tid här.

Hotelvisits
Today it's wednesday and I have hotelvisits on my rota. I woke up early, dressed and eat My breakfast. 30minutes later i'm here at work again. I start my season With transfer and to work in the hotels. My hotels this time is; azak beach, azak otel, savk and kleopatra beach. All of them are quite nice hotels. So i think i Will have à good time here.
Yesterday i was working aswell, from 9-18 i was at Office with Emily, Endo and Riina. Very interesting day, with a LOT of silly comments, diet talk and laughing. Of course some working also! After i finished work, i went home so change My uniform and get ready for dinner. Me and emily spend à great evening at our favourite restaurant, EV! After that we went home again to sleep. We all were quite tiered since Monday. Jenni had her birthday and it was celebrated with a lot of party! So the bed was really temptating! This morning i woke up in time still a little bit to tired, but time for work;)
Now i have to Wall to the NeXT hotel. Update later!

After i finished work, i went home so change My uniform and get ready for dinner. Me and emily spend à great evening at our favourite restaurant, EV! After that we went home again to sleep. We all were quite tiered since Monday. Jenni had her birthday and it was celebrated with a lot of party! So the bed was really temptating! This morning i woke up in time still a little bit to tired, but time for work;)
Now i have to Wall to the NeXT hotel. Update later!

Äntligen tillbaka i Alanya
Många av er säkert undrar varför jag startade en ny blogg, när jag redan hade en sedan tidigare. Det är så här att vi alla behöver förändringar och så även jag. Så nu framöver kommer det här att vara den plats där jag skriver om mitt liv.
Ett liv som en guide / reseledare för Detur i Turkiet, Alanya. Anledningen till att jag valde att starta upp den här bloggen är för att det är ett trevligt och enkelt sätt för mig att uppdatera mina vänner och familj (givetvis andra också) hemma, om hur jag har det, vad jag gör, hur jag mår och så vidare.
Det är inte alltid att du har tid och möjlighet att ringa, text eller kontakt med alla dagligen. Då tänkte jag att detta måste vara det smartaste och mest effektiva sättet att hålla kontakten med dem där hemma.
För er som undrar varför jag skriver på både engelska och svenska är orsaken, att det blir ett vänligt sätt att göra mina vänner världen över, som inte talar svenska förstå vad jag skriver.
För er som inte vet, är jag just nu ute på min tredje säsong som guide för charterbolaget Detur. För att fatta mig kort; jag älskar mitt arbete och det sätt jag lever mitt liv i utlandet.
Lite mer än en vecka redan har gått, sedan jag kom tillbaka hit i Alanya. Jag måste säga att det känns som om jag var här i går. Samma områden, samma arbete, samma hotell, samma människor, samma mat men bara nya detur-ansikten. Jag måste säga, det är fantastiskt att vara tillbaka (även om Jag saknar mina Detur oldies dagligen)
En hel del saker har pågått så tiden för att skriva här inte har varit tillräckligt, och ikväll hänger mina ögon inte riktigt med mig, så det blir inte så länge i kväll. De dagar som passerat har varit fulla av förberedelser för arbetet, flytta in i min lägenhet, lära känna nya guider, fotbollsmatcher, möten, överföringar, fester och delen då jag försöker att inte tänka på annat, än att ha kul! Jag tror att det en bra sammanfattning av veckan, och nedan bifogar jag några bilder som jag tagit sedan jag kom hit.
Innan jag gick här jag har jobbat i Hurghada, Egypten. Efter 7 månader av hårt arbete och glädje jag förtjänade tre veckors semester, som jag tillbringade i Sverige tillsammans med vänner och familj. Under dessa dagar hann jag med en del. Jag sov länge, gjorde ingenting, såg filmer, njöt av regnet, pratade i telefon, besökte Akademi Båstad, shoppade, besökte Jenny i Halmstad, åkte en tripp till Gekås, umgås i HBG med Emily, träffade Corre, Sandie, Eve. Å så otroligt mycket mer! Därför har jag även laddat upp några bilder från Sverige och min semester där.

Finaly back in Alanya
Hi Everybody and welcome to my new blog!
Many of you for sure wondering why I started a new blog, when I already had one before.
All of us need changes and so did I. So this will be the place where I write about my life. A life as a guide/tour leader for Detur in Turkey, Alanya.This is also a nice and easy way for me to update my friends and family (of course other people also) at home, who wants to know what am doing, how I am and so on. Cuz it's not always that you have the time and the possibility to call,text or contact with everybody daily. So I found out that this must be the smartest and the most effective way to stay in touch. For you who wondering why am writing in both English and Swedish languauges, the reason is that's a friendly way to make my friends all over the world who doesn't speak Swedish understand what I'm writing. (my mother tounge is not English, so please don't judge me after my spelling)
For you who don't know, this is my third season as guide for this company, and what else can I say then, that I love my work and the way I live my life.
A little bit more than one week has already passed, since I arrived back here in Alanya. I must say it feels like I was here yesterday. The same areas, same work, same hotels, same people, same food but only new detur-faces. I must say, It GREAT to be back (even id I miss my Detur oldies everyday)
A lot of things has been going on so the time for writing here hasn't been enough, and tonight my eyes is not with me so it will not be any longer tonight. The passed days has been full of preparing for the work, moving into my apartment, get to know the new guides, football games,meetings, transfers, parties and try not to think of anything else, than to have fun! I think thats a great summary of the week, and below I enclose some pictures which I'vé been taking since I arrived here.
Before I went here I've been working in Hurghada, Egypt. After 7 months of hard work and fun I deserved three weeks holiday, which I spend in Sweden together with friends and family. During this days I sleept, did do nothing, watched movies, enyojed the rain, talked in phone, did visits at Akademi Båstad, went shopping, visited Jenny in Halmstad, went to Gekås, spend time in hbg with Emily of cours and so so much more!!! Thats why theres some pictures from Sweden also =)
My internet is to slow, so tomorrow it will be a new update and also some new pictures!
